We hope you love your VANORA pieces. 

If you are not fully satisfied with your order, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. 

Return Requirements

Items must be: 

• unworn
• unused 
• in original packaging 

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. 

Due to hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale. 

Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. 

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
